Tonight was to be my first night...
I FELL OVER AND HURT MY KNEE.
Stupid rain and stupid body and and... dammit I was so motivated.
Worst thing is I didn't realise I'd hurt myself until after I'd done some time on the cross trainer (it didn't stiffen up until after I sat down later), so I may have actually done more damage. Its very slightly swollen, not tender to the touch but stiff and achy when I walk around. I am immensely unimpressed about this.
Sorry for the ranty whine. Figured someone here would understand.
I'm hoping it'll be right by tomorrow so I can go to pilates, even if I can't do everything I want to make sure I go so I get the routine going.
